How to Achieve New Year’s Resolutions with EFT/Tapping

A new year is rapidly approaching. Are you ready with new goals for 2021 and January?

We are always warned to set realistic goals when considering our New Year’s resolutions. Most people seem to drop their resolutions within the first couple of weeks. Considering it takes about three weeks of consistency to form a new habit, it’s no wonder they don’t generally stick.

So, then the directive is to set realistic goals and that makes sense. After all, if we set a goal outside of our comfort zone, how likely are we to achieve it? We need those milestones along the way to give us motivation to keep working toward the goals.

But what if we could set big goals (currently unrealistic ones) and work toward changing how we view them?

The truth is, we can achieve far more than we think we can.

But we’ve learned to play small because we just like to go for the easier things to do. It’s easier to take a diet pill than it is to take walks, for instance, especially when the outdoors aren’t climate controlled. You might stick with it for a little while, but the first time the weather isn’t ideal, will you lose your motivation to go? Then what do you do when you get rain several days in a row? Even one missed day might cause you to lose momentum.

But what if we stopped playing small because we’re able to work toward big goals and stick with them?

That’s where EFT/Tapping comes in.

How it works is this:
We tap along to positive, inspiring, and encouraging messages which basically changes our mindset to believe our big, unattainable dreams are possible, and then we feel more inspired and encouraged so that we are motivated to keep reaching toward our goals, even after the euphoric state of trying something new wears off.

And then as we work toward these goals, we continue our tapping sessions to make sure we keep vibrating at those high energy frequency levels that are aligned with our dreams and desires.

We keep tapping to keep ourselves inspired and motivated. And who knows, maybe we’ll check off all our goals by the end of the year!
